Dear afrikasians, it is with a new concept that we have to present you the afrikasian of the month. Each month we will put in the spotlight, in the form of "mini portrait" one or an Afrikasian. And to start this concept here is the one of August.
Kader JAWNEH : Créateur du groupe Afrik'N'Fusion
A pioneer in the field of African restaurants in the capital, Kader Jawneh is the founder of the Afrik'N'fusion restaurant chain. Entrepreneur at heart since he was 17 years old with several businesses to his credit before founding in 2010 with his two partners: Afrik'N'Fusion.
On the menu are several West African specialties, including those from Senegal where Kader and his partners are from (special mention for the beef pastels and dibi that AfrikAsia loved).

With 7 restaurants including 1 in London and another in Casablanca, the Afrik'N'fusion group's motto is "to democratize, promote and bring African cuisine to the same level as other cuisines of the world and give it the place it deserves in the world gastronomy".

A few weeks ago, it is with a new concept that the group continues to promote African gastronomy : Djaam, which means "peace" in Wolof, that the group surfs on the wave of the "pokebowl" with its "Afrik'N'Bowl". 🥗
